Spin is a frantic 45 mins on the bike, instructor lead and underpinned by some great tunes, Spin is one of our most popular group exercise classes.
All fitness levels can participate, you can adjust your pedal resistance and find your happy place. Challenge yourself though, this is a workout that should leave you seriously cooked and out of breath, but with a satisfied feeling that you conquered the climbs and dominated the sprints – like all good cyclists. No cars allowed!
