Over nearly 30 years, Russell has worked at the foundational through to elite level of sport in Australia. During that time he has coached athletes at two AFL Clubs (St.Kilda FC and Melbourne FC), the Australian Institute of Sport (Golf and Tennis) WNBL (Dandenong Rangers), and Cricket Australia (Women’s National Team and Australia A Men’s Team).

If you have an athletic requirement, or are looking to improve some component of your athletic conditioning (Speed, Strength, Agility, Endurance, Rehabilitation) contact Russell for further advice and guidance. He is available for individual sessions and for structuring comprehensive training programs to enhance athletic qualities.

He holds a Masters Degree in Strength and Conditioning and is an ASCA Level 3 Coach.
