Welcome to Reformer Pilates at Infinity Health Club.

A Pilates Reformer, is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment to promote health and wellbeing, and is specifically useful for those wanting to develop core body strength and achieve a lean body. The Reformer is a sliding horizontal ‘bed’ with detachable springs, pulleys and bars. This allows a single reformer bed to accommodate hundreds of variations of exercises. The springs and adjustable components provide the advantage of progressive resistance while providing proper back and neck support as well as abdominal control.

Reformer Pilates can be used in conjunction with physiotherapy and gym training as a means of treating a variety of injuries, (particularly those of the neck, back, shoulder girdle and legs), and aid in injury prevention. Reformer Pilates focuses on the retraining and recruitment of stabilizing muscles (core stability) as well as enhancing posture, strength and flexibility. Reformer Pilates involves using a series of layered exercises and principles incorporating the Reformer and Cadillac tower, under the supervised tuition of a qualified Pilates Instructor. Each participant uses their own individual reformer and is guided through the principles and exercises suitable for their individual requirements and skill level.

Membership Pricing: $28.50 per week or 12 Months $1,350.00

This membership entitles the member Full Access to the Pilates Reformer Machines in the private Pilates Studio anytime during staffed hours. Each member will be assessed and given a personalised program.

which they can do in their own time as well as having access to 2 classes per week throughout the programmed Pilates blocks.

Casual sessions are available $25.00 Class 10 Session Card – $225.00 

Private Sessions are becoming an option for a number of participants who want or need some specific attention to particular elements of their training or injury. Sessions can be arranged by talking to reception
or your instructor, and booked in at a time outside of scheduled classes, Sessions time – 30 mins in duration

  • 4 on 1 $20 pp
  • 5 on 1 $15 pp

Please note that if a participant fails to attend. It is expected the fee will change according to the number of clients participating in the session.
